Next, whisk it with the rest of the ingredients: the grated almonds and malnuts, the raisins soaked in lukewarm water, the anise seeds and the cloves, both crushed in a mortar, cinnamon and a little salt.

Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out the dough to a thickness of one centimeter and cut it into small rhombs. Place the cookies on a buttered baking tray and bake them in the oven at a moderate temperature (150 °C) for about ten minutes.

Immediately remove them from the baking tray and dust with powdered sugar.
