For the Turkish apple pie, brush a loaf pan with the oil. Wash, peel and coarsely grate the apples. Stir in the lemon juice. Cream sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon and gently fold in. Add milk as needed if the dough becomes too firm. Fold in apples, pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake the Turkish apple pie slowly at 170°C degrees in the preheated oven.
