For the stuffed tomatoes, cut off the top and peel out the inside of the tomatoes with a spoon. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in oil, add the chopped garlic and add the minced meat.
Fry the meat for about 5 minutes and then add the tomato meat. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and add some tomato paste to the mixture.
Fill the tomatoes with the meat mixture, put the lid on and roast the stuffed tomatoes in the oven at 180° C for about 1/2 hour.
