For the sausages in pastry coat, preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash and core the bell bell pepper. Cut the flesh first into strips, then into small cubes. Put the corn in a sieve, drain and rinse under running water.
Spread the puff pastry on a floured work surface and cut into 6 rectangles.
Divide the corn and diced peppers evenly among the pastry pieces, leaving a border all around. Place a sausage on the short side of each and roll up the dough. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the ketchup. Put a pot on the stove. Pour in the strained tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add the orange juice, sugar and balsamic vinegar and simmer for about 10 minutes at a low temperature. If you want the ketchup a bit spicier, you can season it with some curry.
Serve the sausages with the homemade ketchup.
