For the porridge, bring the milk and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in the fine rolled oats and reduce the heat so that the mixture is only simmering gently. Simmer the porridge for a few minutes, stirring often so it doesn’t burn.
If the porridge is too liquid, you can add more oats and let it simmer for a short time. If the porridge is too solid, you can stir in more milk or water.
Let the porridge cool down a bit and then sweeten it with honey. Pour into bowls and serve with fruit.
