For the mango mince, first peel the mango and cut all the flesh from the core. Then cut this flesh into small cubes.

Now wash the tomatoes and also cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince until it is cooked through.

Season it with the barbecue spice. Then add the mango and tomatoes and cook. Now add the spices salt, garlic, cumin and the sweet chili sauce.
