For the pea soup, cook the peas and then puree 2/3 of them, putting the cooking water aside. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in the oil until translucent, add the bacon and fry a little.

Pour the cooking water and add the pureed and whole peas. Add all the spices and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Finally, bind with the flour.
