Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Scan the salmon fillet for bones and, if necessary, pull them out with tweezers. Cut the fish into small cubes. Season with the lemon zest and a tiny bit of lemon salt. Refrigerate.

Chop the dill. Mix in a pan with the cream, a little lemon salt and freshly ground pepper.

Put the pasta in enough boiling water and cook until al dente.

Just before the end of the cooking time of the pasta, bring the provided cream to a boil. Pour in the salmon cubes and cook for two minutes before the boiling point.

Drain the pasta, drain well and mix on the spot with the hot salmon sauce.
