Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Rinse and peel the rutabaga and the celery root. Rinse and scrape the carrot. Rinse the white cabbage leaves and chop the vegetables into small pieces. Remove the skin from the onion and roughly dice it.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Then add the rest of the vegetables and sauté everything together for another three minutes. Add the beef broth and cook at low temperature for 15 minutes. About three minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the pasta and finish cooking. Mix the yolks with a little water and add to the soup when it is no longer boiling. Season with salt, pepper and rose paprika.
