Instructions:

Mix ingredients 1, rest with the lid closed for 2 days.

Then dry in the sun or in the stove.

Roast ingredients 2 briefly in a frying pan. Mix with mixture of ingredients 1 and grind to powder.

Stir into a paste with red wine as desired.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
