Instructions:

Cook the spirelli in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.

In the meantime, wash the spinach thoroughly and spin dry. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut into thin strips. Squeeze the lemon and grate the zest. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic cubes and chili strips and add the lemon juice. Add the spinach leaves and let them collapse, then remove the pan from the heat. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon zest.

Strain the pasta and mix it with the vegetables in the pan. Arrange the pasta in bowls and serve.
