Grease and flour the silicone molds a little for the mini party cake cups.

Liquefy the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and mix with the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs and whipped cream until fluffy.

Mix flour, almonds and baking powder and gradually fold the dry mixture into the egg-butter mixture.

Pour the dough into a plastic bag, cut away a corner and fill into the ramekins as if using a piping bag – about 3/4 full. Then bake for 20 minutes at 200° top and bottom heat in the middle of the heated oven.

Decorate the cooled party mini puff pastry with chocolate icing and the chocolate lentils.
