Mackerel From the Grill as Plug Fish

Clean fish, season inside lightly with salt, score both outsides diagonally twice. Mix oil with paprika, brush fish with it, skewer from head to tail on 50 cm long rod (willow rod) and grill twice for 10 minutes on each side (charcoal grill, roasting tube). Serve with lemon slices.
