Quarter the tomatoes, cook them in a little water and pass them through a sieve.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Add the tomato puree and fill up with water to 1 liter. Add the soup cubes and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, paprika powder, a little sugar and lovage and bring to the boil one more time.

Fold in the whipped cream.
