For the orange ricotta cakes, mix marzipan and butter until creamy.
Add eggs a little at a time. Add the ricotta and the orange peel. Now add the flour.
Spoon the mixture into the well buttered and floured ramekins.
Now put the ramekins in the oven and bake at 210 degrees top and bottom heat or 190 degrees convection, for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the orange ricotta cakes from the oven and let them cool. Now you can decorate them as you like, for example with orange slices.
