Separate the eggs for the chocolate nougat dumplings. Beat 4 egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold in lemon zest.

Mix 3 egg yolks with cornflour and carefully fold into the snow.

For the Nutella cream, beat 1 yolk, sugar, juice of half a lemon, curd cheese, rum and Nutella until fluffy. Pour the chocolate nougat cream into bowls, add the snow on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
