For the beef stew from the Dutch oven, cut the meat into approx. 4 x 4 cm cubes. Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into large cubes. Rinse the green beans with cold water, cut off the tips and stems, and pull off the strings if necessary. Cut through once. Halve the beef tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Cut garlic into thin slices.

Heat clarified butter in hot Dutch oven and brown meat. Add vegetables and potatoes and fry briefly. Dust with a little flour and deglaze with white wine. Pour in soup and season. Cover and cook on low heat for about 1 ½ hours until tender. Remove bay leaves and arrange beef stew in deep plates.
