Boil the must with sugar, cinnamon and cloves and pour it over the bread. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes a creamy paste, which should be allowed to cool thoroughly. Meanwhile, cream butter and powdered sugar, stir in egg yolks and mix everything with the must-semmel porridge. Butter a suitable baking dish, pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until crispy and brown. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve while still warm.
