Cut meat into 2 cm cubes, onions into small cubes. Heat the oil and fry the meat on all sides. Add ginger, salt, curry and paprika. Add onions and brown.
Peel apples, cut into quarters and remove core, blanch tomatoes and peel. Dice apples and tomatoes, add to meat and steam for 5 min. Add water and steam for another 45 minutes.
Stir flour with whipping cream and thicken curry meat with it. Season again.
