Cut the goat cheese without rind into 2 cm wide and 6 cm long strips. Mix paprika and flour. Roll cheese sticks in it, then pull them through beaten egg and parboil with breadcrumbs, pressing them firmly until smooth. Bake in hot fat at 180 degrees in a deep fryer or roast in a coated frying pan with a little bit of fat on 2 or automatic cooking plate 7-9.
