For the fish goulash, lightly fry the onions in fat, sprinkle with paprika powder and pour water. Add chopped caraway seeds, tomato paste, salt and potatoes.
When the potatoes are cooked soft, sprinkle the fish pieces with lemon juice and add to the goulash. Bring to the boil briefly and let simmer until the fish pieces are cooked (about 15 minutes). Serve the fish goulash.
