Instructions:

For the wok vegetables, first wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into florets and cut the stalk into coarse pieces. Also wash the remaining vegetables and divide into bite-sized pieces.

Now peel the onion and garlic, finely dice or chop and sauté in a little oil in the wok until translucent.

Then add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 4-5 minutes, stirring several times. Then add the clear soup together with the soy sauce and stir well. Season the vegetables with sugar and pepper (salt is no longer necessary because of the soy sauce).

Finally, sprinkle the wok vegetables only with coriander greens and serve hot.
