A cake recipe for all foodies:

Warm milk slightly, let yeast melt in it. Knead sugar, salt, flour, egg, fat and yeast milk together in a baking bowl. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place with the lid on for about 40 minutes.

Rinse the cherries, remove the pits. Peel, halve and pit the peaches. Mix sour cream or crème fraiche, sugar and eggs. Knead dough again and press into a greased grease pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes.

Make a few indentations in the dough with your thumb. Spread fruit evenly on top. Pour the glaze over it. Bake in hot oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with hail sugar.
