Instructions:

For the seafood croquettes, prepare a mashed potato using potatoes, milk, butter and salt and leave to cool.

Fry the fish fillets and the washed and deveined shrimps separately in a little olive oil, let cool and then chop finely. Finely chop the onion and zucchini as well and sauté. Add chopped garlic and the chopped parsley and fry.

Mix the lime juice and chili sauce together with the zucchini and onion mixture into the mashed potatoes and finally stir in the fish and shrimp pieces. Season the mixture to taste.

Form croquettes from the mixture with wet hands and put them in the freezer for about 1 hour (then they are easier to bread).

Then turn the seafood croquettes alternately in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and deep-fry in enough cooking oil until golden brown.
