For the baked pork with tomato sauce and egg, wash the meat and cut into strips. Salt the meat, whisk the egg and turn the meat strips in egg and then in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
For the tomato sauce, press garlic, heat oil in a pot and fry garlic in it until hot. Add tomatoes and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
Season with powdered sugar and cayenne pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Hard boil the eggs. Arrange baked pork with tomato sauce and hard-boiled egg and serve.
