Put minced meat in a suitable bowl, add egg and onion, mix. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika (can be prepared up to here a little bit in advance).
Spread slices of bread with the meat. Heat butter in frying pan, fry toast slices briefly but well at the beginning with the meat side down, turn to the other side. Place cheese on top, cover skillet, over low heat let cheese melt.
Spread capers evenly over slices.
Serve with: Leaf salads, ratatouille, steamed tomatoes.
Variations:
* Place a fried egg on the finished slices * Garnish with slices of pickled cucumber or olives instead of capers.
