Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the apple-grape-millet porridge, wash the fruit. Peel the apple, remove the stems, skin and core and cut into pieces. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft. Do not pour off the cooking water.

Wash grapes, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Add to apple pieces and puree with a hand blender.

Add the millet flakes to the warm fruit puree and let swell for a few minutes. Now stir in the rapeseed oil or butter. If necessary, let the apple-grape-millet porridge cool down to eating temperature.
