Rinse apples, peel and cut into quarters. Remove core and cut apples into cubes. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Mix salt, sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix eggs, add to the mixture form. Add milk and oil. Mix everything with the dough hook of the hand mixer until smooth. Carefully fold in apple cubes and chocolate drops. Place 2 paper baking cups inside each other and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake in the oven (electric oven: 200 degrees Celsius, convection oven: 175 degrees Celsius, gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. After baking, dust with cocoa and powdered sugar.
