A simple but delicious cake recipe:

For the dough, mix well the egg and the marzipan paste. Fold in sugar, vanilla sugar, fat, salt, orange-bake and continue to stir until the sugar is dissolved. Combine cornstarch, almond kernels, flour, baking powder and chocolate drops. Stir into the mixture. Lightly grease bunny mold with softened butter/light butter. Pour in batter and smooth out.

Bake in the heated oven on the broiler (on the lowest rack) at 175 degrees (normal), 175 degrees (convection), level 2-3(gas) for 35-45 minutes. Remove and cool on a cooling rack for 10-15 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan.

For the decoration, mix the powdered sugar and egg whites well. Take 2 tbsp. and color with blue and red food coloring.

Stir the rest of the icing with the juice of one lemon and yellow food coloring. Coat the bunny with it. Dry and decorate with red and blue icing according to your taste.
