Instructions:

For the corn dogs, first mix all dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix eggs, milk and sunflower oil. Add the liquid ingredients to the mixture with flour and mix everything well.

Cut the sausages in half and put them on skewers. Pull the sausages through the batter and let them drain briefly, then deep-fry the corn dogs for about 3-4 minutes until golden and drain on paper towels.

Serve lukewarm with mustard and ketchup.
