A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse, peel and dice potatoes. Clean kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Add potato cubes and kohlrabi sticks to the boiling stock together with the broad beans and cook for 10 minutes on 1 or automatic heat 5 to 6 with the lid closed. After 5 minutes add peas and carrots.

Add milk, whipping cream and butter and let it boil. Bind with the sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Finally, fold in the chopped parsley. Serve with the ham.
