Instructions:

Make milk together with semolina and stir very well.

Add sugar, lemon zest, grated hazelnuts and dried grapes, stir in a cold water bath until the mixture cools slightly.

Stir in the whipped cream.

Rinse the molds with cold water and drain, pour in the hazelnut grating mixture on the spot and set in the refrigerator.

To serve, turn out of the mold, perhaps warm the mold slightly in hot water, this will make it easier to remove the head.

Serve with a fruit compote warm or even cooled, such as plum, cherry, damson compote or even with berries.
