Preheat oven to 220 °C. Place bread slices in a gratin dish and sprinkle with white wine. Cook in the oven at 220 °C for about 5 minutes. Cover with sliced mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and bake repeatedly at the same heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
