For the turkey strips on mixed salad, first wash the lettuce well, tear and drain. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash and grate the carrots. Cut onion into rings, drain corn well and put everything in a bowl.
For the marinade, mix mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, herb salt, soup seasoning, freshly chopped chives, honey, vinegar and a little water until smooth, finally add pumpkin seed oil. Marinate the salad with it.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Cut the turkey cutlets into strips, season one side with salt, pepper and herb salt and add the seasoned side to the pan and fry.
Season the other side and fry it. Put lettuce on a plate and put turkey strips on top. Serve the turkey strips on mixed salad.
