Instructions:

For the cheesecake with blueberries, first grind the butter cookies finely for the base or put them in a freezer bag and pound them with a rolling pin. Mix with the melted butter. Pour into a springform pan (24 cm ø) and press flat.

For the matcha tea layer, soak the gelatin in cold water, then squeeze well. Heat the milk, stir in the matcha tea powder and dissolve the gelatine in it.

Now stir in the curd cheese, cream cheese and sugar. Empty the mixture onto the butter cookie base and smooth it out. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

For the blueberry layer, finely blend the blueberries. Soak the gelatine in cold water, then squeeze out well. Dissolve gelatine in hot milk. Stir in blueberry puree, curd, cream cheese and sugar and empty the mixture onto the matcha layer.

Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours. Spread the berries on the cheesecake with blueberries and garnish with melted chocolate.
