Instructions:

Knead flour, butter, candied sugar, walnuts, salt and vanilla flavoring into a smooth dough and let rest in the refrigerator. Roll finger-thick strands, cut into pieces and form small croissants. Place on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Let cool and dip the corners in diabetic chocolate.
