Prepare a kneaded dough from the ingredients. Roll out to a thickness of 1/2 cm and cut out round cookies with a diameter of 5 cm. Place them on a baking tray and cover each with a half of an almond.

Bake at 175-200 degrees (gas: level 3-4) for approx. 12 min.
