For the Gorgonzola chicken, slice the chicken breast. Crush the garlic cloves, cut the spring onion into rings.
Heat the olive oil with the garlic. Sauté the meat over high heat until it takes color. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
Deglaze the pan with white wine and boil it off, then add whipping cream and boil it once.
Stir in the gorgonzola. Add the spring onion to the sauce, season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat.
Bake the Gorgonzola chicken in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
