Instructions:

Make the pasta al dente and drain.

For the sauce, cut the arugula into strips and sauté with the pressed garlic clove in a little butter. Add the cream, the grated peel of a lemon and a little salt + pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese, 1 peeled, diced lemon (without peel) and 2 tbsp juice of one lemon.

Add pasta to the sauce form, mix, bring to the table.
