A cake recipe for all foodies:
Remove the skin from apples, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut or slice into thin slices. Mix with juice of one lemon.
Put all other ingredients in a large enough bowl and mix until smooth. Stir in apple slices, pour the amount into a greased cake springform pan dusted with enough flour.
Bake at 200 °C for 50 to 60 minutes. It is best to serve while still warm.
