For the hemp muffins, place the hemp in a freezer bag and crush with a mallet.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift and mix well with vanilla pulp, sugar, salt, hazelnuts, hemp crumbs and chopped chocolate.

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Grease the muffin tin and dust with flour. Whisk together the milk, oil and egg and quickly add to the flour mixture to form a batter.

Immediately pour the batter into the mold and bake for 20-25 minutes (test with a stick).
