For the chicken strips with mushrooms and wild garlic, heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly fry the onion and then the added chicken, season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Add the wild garlic, sauté a little more, add the mushrooms and pour on. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with a little water and season to taste.
Serve the chicken cutlets with mushrooms and wild garlic with rice.
