A great pasta dish for any occasion:
The recipe was presented with the ready-made pizza mix from Dr. Oe. But was modified by us in curd cheese-oil dough and the sauce therefore also “self-discovered”.
Filling: Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean leek, rinse and cut into slices. Cooked ham cut into small cubes. Melt butter and sauté ingredients briefly, cool. Drain vegetable corn and mung bean sprouts well. Rinse cocktail tomatoes, cut in half. Mix the 3 ingredients with the cooled quantity. Season with curry, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Dough and sauce: mix well curd, flour, oil, milk and the egg and roll out into a square. Spread with paradeis pulp and Texicana (leave 2 cm border free). Spread filling evenly on top of sauce. Sprinkle with 75 g spiced nuts and 75 g Emmentaler. Wrap dough about 2 cm inward. Roll up dough with filling, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush roll with condensed milk. Sprinkle with remaining nuts and Emmentaler.
