Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling hot salted water, drain and drain.
Drain the tuna and rinse briefly under cold running water.
Mix the eggs with the tuna and the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the beef tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into slices.
Layer the pasta-fish mixture alternately with the tomato slices in a greased gratin dish.
Place the cheese slices on top of the casserole and bake in a heated oven (225 degrees / gas St.4) for 15 minutes.
