Wash the trout and pat dry, then cut them on both sides at a distance of about 2cm (do not cut through). For the marinade, finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, pepper and chili powder and finally add the ginger. Rub the trout well with the marinade on both sides and inside and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200° and place the trout on a well-greased rack. Place a drip tray under the rack for protection.Baking time is about 40 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, carefully turn the trout over and finish baking.
