Cut potatoes, tomatoes and cheese into slices. Grease a baking dish. Layer the slices alternately in the dish. For the glaze, mix the eggs with whipped cream, milk and tomato puree. Season spicily. Spread evenly over the gratin. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished gratin with parsley.
