Many pregnant women often have a ravenous appetite for sweets. This sweet dish satisfies it in a healthy way: The milk provides calcium and egg white, the apricots important folic acid.

Slit the side of the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and bring to the boil in the milk. Sift in semolina and make at low temperature for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Now stir in sugar and almond kernels first. Pour cold water into a small mold. Put the semolina in it and put it in the refrigerator for 120 minutes. In the meantime, bring the apricots to a boil in 0.1 liters of water, remove from heat and allow to swell. Turn out the finished pudding. Grind the apricots with a blender, heat, season with cinnamon and pour over the pudding.
