For the turmeric tagliatelle, mix eggs with turmeric, mix all ingredients and knead vigorously for 10-15 minutes until smooth and silky.
Place dough in plastic wrap in refrigerator to rest for one hour. Using a pasta machine, roll out thin sheets and make into ribbon noodles.
On a floured baking sheet, let the turmeric tagliatelle dry for two days at room temperature.
