Instructions:

Bring milk to a boil with salt, butter, semolina, pepper and nutmeg. The semolina mass on a buttered baking sheet with about 2 cm high edge form and cool.

Remove the semolina mixture from the slices, roll them in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs on the other side. Fry the slices in the frying pan with vegetable fat until golden brown on both sides.

Warm the applesauce briefly and serve with the slices.
