For the tuna sauce, drain the tuna. Make into a puree with hard-boiled egg yolks, basil, parsley and peeled garlic cloves.

Slowly mix in the olive oil. Season with pepper and salt. Finely chop the stuffed green capers and olives and mix into the tuna sauce.

Goes well with potatoes, pasta, salads or bread!
